Terms & Conditions for ggaming

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ggaming ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ggaming website located at ggaming.app and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

ggaming reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

To access the full range of ggaming services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one ggaming account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ggaming will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: ggaming is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months)

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. ggaming reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account may require additional verification.

All transactions on ggaming are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ggaming is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or e-wallet provider.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria for each specific promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified period will be forfeited.
• Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion details.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• ggaming reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

All bets placed on ggaming are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on, as well as the following general betting rules:

• Bets can only be placed using available real-money balance or eligible bonus funds in your ggaming account. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ggaming system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• ggaming reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error on the part of ggaming.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session, ggaming will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. The outcome determined by ggaming's server records shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ggaming platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or unauthorized payment method.

• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits made to ggaming.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ggaming's systems, databases, or other players' accounts, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform in any way.
